With this data, Travel Trace now informs Ovolo Group of the length of time between initial media touchpoint (budget spent) and the eventual customer stay (revenue realisation).

The client now has a full understanding of the customer journey (and revenue trends) broken down by destination market, individual hotel and source market.

This allows the hotel managers to plan media spend more effectively around dips and peaks in natural demand to fill rooms today and also to generate revenue for future quarters.
